Destination Platform – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Destination (the “Platform”), an information and opportunities service designed primarily for young people aged 16–25. The Platform is owned and operated by Fourteen19 Social CIC t/a Youth Social (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By signing up and using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  • The Platform is designed for young people aged 16–25, but is open to users of all ages.
  • You must register with a valid email address to access the Platform.
  • By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the email address supplied.

3. Use of the Platform

  • The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to:
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems.
  • Copying, redistributing, or exploiting content without permission.
  • Using the Platform in any way that is unlawful or harmful.

4. Content

  • All content on the Platform is produced by young people working with or on behalf of Fourteen19 Social CIC t/a Youth Social.
  • Content is provided for information and guidance purposes only. It should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, financial or career advice.
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that content will always be complete, reliable, or up to date.

5. Third-Party Opportunities

  • The Platform may include links to opportunities, resources, or organisations provided by third parties (such as employers, training providers, or event organisers).
  • These links are provided for your convenience. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or policies of external websites or organisations.
